Cancellations/Late Policies:
Should you need to change or cancel an appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may offer the time to another customer. Failure to do so will require pre-payment of future appointments. All cancellations must be phoned in to the salon at (207) 775-4940.

If you think you will be late for your appointment, please call so that we may either work around it or reschedule you for another time.

We make every effort to contact you at least 1 day prior to your appointment to confirm the day, time and type of service for which we have you scheduled. If you believe you have an appointment scheduled and have not heard from us, please call the salon for confirmation.

Payment:
We accept Cash, groom. gift certificates, Visa/Mastercard and Personal checks that are drawn from New England banks. There is a $25. service fee for any returned check.

Children:
Children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult while in the salon. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all, children are not allowed in the styling and treatment areas.

Refunds/Returns:
Satisfaction with your service is what we strive for so if you are unhappy with the result of any service or product, we encourage you to notify us immediately so that we may remedy the problem. We do not offer cash refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with a product, an alternative will be recommended or a salon credit may be issued.
Gift Certiificates are not redeemable for cash.

Cost of Service:
Prices are based on average time required for service as well as, cost of supplies and stylist experience and education. Prices may vary according to length or thickness of hair. Please schedule a consultation for any new color/re-texturizing services for price quote.

Shampoos and blow dry styling are complimentary with all hair services.

Gift certificates for services and products are available in any amount.

Walk-ins are subject to stylist availability; please call ahead if you need to reserve a specific appointment time.
